Add items to your bag:

  1. Ensure you are on the website.
  2. Browse the products, by category, brand, color, price, …
  3. Once you have found an item to purchase, click on  ‘ADD TO CART’.
  4. You can then continue shopping or click ‘CHECKOUT’ to review the items in your bag and to finalise your order.

Purchase the item(s):

  1. Once you have finished browsing and have added the items you wish to purchase to your bag, click
    the ‘CHECKOUT’ button located at the top right of the website.
  2. Within the checkout you can also amend the quantity selected for each item or delete unwanted by simply clicking the ‘EDIT’ button that is located on the right hand side within the Order Overview section of the checkout. Your amendments will be updated and allow you to proceed with the checkout process.
  3. Enter your shipping and billing address, then the shipping methods will update automatically.
  4. Choose from the different shipping options and review your order.
  5. Accept the terms & conditions and read our privacy policy.
  6. Click on “PLACE AN ORDER”, and you will be redirected to our secured payment gateway, PayZen®.
  7. After the payment is successful, you will receive a notification by email the same or next business day acknowledging the clearance of the payment. 

As soon as your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the carrier you choose.

The option Coursier® before 19h is applicable only if the order has been processed before 15h (3PM) the same day. We can’t be liable for any delay caused by a late order.

Your order can be refunded if you are not satisfied with it. Simply return the package to the address mentioned on the label (or contact us to get more information) and we will proceed to the refund as soon as we receive the package back. Please be aware that return fees are to be paid by the customer, and we strongly advise to ship the package back with a tracking number.

If the order you received is not the one your ordered or is defective, please get in touch with us and we will resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Refunds are done via PayZen®, the same payment method used to pay an order.
